Ballarat Salt Rooms, part of Ballarat Wellness Centre, offers a range of natural therapies designed to enhance overall well-being. Specialising in salt therapy for respiratory issues, skin conditions, and immune support, they also provide a variety of massage therapies including foot reflexology, remedial, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages. Their facilities include far-infrared sauna for pain relief and inflammation reduction, as well as a Vibrosaun for muscular and joint pain. Additionally, they offer a floatation tank for PTSD and Reiki sessions. Led by Ray Borner, a family-owned centre, Ballarat Salt Rooms prioritises natural, non-invasive treatments tailored to promote holistic health and vitality.
