Digital Orders
Digital gift cards are delivered instantly to the recipient's email inbox within moments of purchase.
Physical Orders
Physical gift cards are dispatched within 1–2 business days from ordering. Delivery time from dispatch is typically:
- Standard Post: 3–6 business days
- Express Post: 1–2 business days
Fees, GST & Taxes
- Gift Cards: GST-free at the time of purchase. GST and other taxes are only applied when the card is redeemed at a participating venue.
- Other Items: GST is included in the list price of all other items, including gift boxes and shipping fees.
- Admin Fee: A variable fee applies to cover payment processing costs. As of September 2024, this is 1.1% of the purchase cost (minimum $2.75, capped at $5.75). This fee is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Validity
Best Wellness gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are activated upon purchase.
