Physical Orders

Gift Cards: GST-free at the time of purchase. GST and other taxes are only applied when the card is redeemed at a participating venue.
Other Items: GST is included in the list price of all other items, including gift boxes and shipping fees.
Admin Fee: A variable fee applies to cover payment processing costs. As of September 2024, this is 1.1% of the purchase cost (minimum $2.75, capped at $5.75). This fee is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Best Wellness gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are activated upon purchase.
