Purchasing Best Wellness Gift Cards
Yes, both digital and physical Best Wellness Gift Cards can be personalised. For digital gift cards, you can choose from a range of digital greeting card designs and include a custom message. For physical gift cards, at an added cost, you have the option to add a printed greeting card with a personalised message and, for an added touch, include a premium gift box.
The Best Restaurants gift card is valid 3 years from the purchase date, in line with Australian consumer law.
For digital orders, recipients typically receive a digital card in their inbox moments after an order is placed. For physical orders, standard post takes 2 to 6 business days or express post 1 to 2 business days.
Yes, you can track your gift card by going to the 'Gift Cards' navigation tab on the top of this page, then to 'Check Card Balance' in the drop down menu.
Using a Best Wellness Gift Card
Confirm with the salon or location whether to present your digital or physical Best Wellness gift card when booking or at checkout - as it may vary between venues, they’ll guide you through their process. You nominate the amount you wish to pay with your Best Wellness gift card and this is deducted from your treatment cost. If you still have funds on your card, you must ensure it is returned to you so that you can use the remaining funds on another experience.
Some salons may only allow one card per booking. Please check with the venue at the time of your booking to avoid disappointment.
All gift cards are automatically activated after purchase, so you don't have to do anything!
