Your 90-minute initial balance begins with muscle testing to identify where tension or imbalance lies. From there, you’ll be guided through personalised remedies such as talk therapy, essential oils, crystals, affirmations, or visualisation techniques. Together, these tools help shift energy, clear stress, and bring your body back into harmony, supporting long-term healing and connection to your authentic self.
